In a world filled with noise, it’s easy to believe that one voice can’t make a difference. But for Mohammad Tabrizian, a public speaker, writer, and founder of the Eloquence Academy, the opposite is true: every voice matters—especially now.
Tabrizian has spent years helping individuals discover the strength behind their words. With roots in both the UAE and the UK, and fluency in English, Arabic, and Farsi, he has seen first-hand how speech can cross cultures, heal divisions, and inspire action.
His message is clear: your voice has power—and the world is ready for it.
From Self-Doubt to Self-Expression
Mohammad’s own journey to finding his voice wasn’t immediate. As a student of Communication Studies at the University of Sharjah, he first learned how media and language shape public thought. But it wasn’t until his Master’s in Public Speaking at the University of Leeds that he truly realized the transformative nature of speech—not just as a skill, but as a force.
He studied leaders, TED speakers, and everyday people who sparked change—not because they shouted the loudest, but because they spoke with purpose.
“You don’t need a perfect accent, a huge audience, or a viral moment,” Tabrizian says. “You need honesty, intention, and the courage to begin.”
Why Speaking Up Matters—Now More Than Ever
In a time marked by uncertainty, cultural shifts, and global conversations on justice and identity, silence can feel safe—but it can also be costly. Tabrizian believes that the voices of young people, women, and marginalized communities are especially vital today.
Through his work with the UAE Ministry of Youth Affairs, and later with students at Zayed University and the University of Birmingham, he’s seen that people often carry powerful stories—they just need permission to tell them.
That’s where the Eloquence Academy comes in. Founded in London in 2019, the Academy trains individuals not just to speak well, but to speak authentically. Its annual “Voices of Tomorrow” summit, hosted in both London and Dubai, has become a platform for emerging changemakers to share their truths, their ideas, and their missions.
Public Speaking is More Than a Skill—it’s a Responsibility
In his book “The Voice Within,” Tabrizian writes that speaking up isn’t about ego—it’s about service. Every time someone finds their voice, it gives silent permission to others to do the same. Whether in a meeting, a classroom, or on a stage, our voices shape our environments.
“When you speak, you create space—not just for yourself, but for others to breathe, question, and connect,” he says.
And it’s not always grand speeches that change the world. Sometimes, it’s the question asked in a meeting that no one else dared to raise. The truth spoken in a poem. The vulnerable story shared on a podcast.
The Time Is Now
Mohammad’s podcast, “Voices Beyond Borders,” is filled with stories from those who once hesitated to speak, but didn’t let that stop them. From poets to policymakers, his guests—and his listeners—are proof that impact doesn’t wait for perfection. It starts with courage.
Today, as Mohammad continues to write, speak, and mentor, his mission is unwavering: to build a world where everyone feels their voice belongs.
So whether you’re a student with a story, a leader with a message, or someone who’s simply ready to be heard—the moment to speak up is now.
